sometimes my thoughts aren’t all that great,
Sometimes it filled me with doubt, shame and self-hate.
Sometimes unable to brush off the thoughts of dread
Sometimes fear-paralyzed can’t get out of bed
Yet those moments of sometimes don’t represent me
watch as I overcome them, and set myself free.
